The UGC-NET examination will be conducted on Sunday from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in 32 centres in city.
B. Rajeswara Reddy, Coordinator, UGC-NET, Osmania University said that 22,317 candidates applied under the Osmania University region covering all the Telangana districts and the exam will be held in 59 subjects. The highest applications are from the Computer Science and Applications subject (3,085) followed by Management (2,550), Commerce (2,250) and Telugu (2,152).
Prof. Reddy asked the candidates to download the details related to their test centre and instructions from websites ‘www.osmania.ac.in’ or ‘www.apset.org’. He advised the candidates to reach test centres by 9 a.m. and no candidate will be allowed after 9.50 a.m. into the centre.
The exam consists of three papers. Paper-I and Paper-II will be held from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and Paper-III will be held from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
