Two arrested with fake notes

Two youngsters allegedly making counterfeit currency notes were arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force (South) officials on Monday.

Fake currency notes of Rs.500 denomination having face value of Rs.2 lakh were recovered from them. One of the accused, K. Tarun Goud, 20, a degree student well-versed with animation and photo-shopping software made the fake notes with the help of his friend Syed Adil Shah, 23, using laptop, scanner and printer, the TF Inspector K.V. Surya Prakash Rao said.
