The Hindu Young World painting contest on March 24

To be held at State Gallery of Art

The Hindu Young World painting competition powered by Thyrocare with be held on March 24.

The competition is open to all school students and will be conducted at two levels — junior (class 4-6) and senior (class 7 to 9).

The competition will be held at State Gallery of Art, which is the venue partner, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the participants are advised to report at the venue by 9 a.m.

Drawing paper will be provided at the venue but students must bring their own drawing material. Participants will not allowed the use of sketch pens.

The topic will be announced on the spot.

Prize distribution will be held on the same day at the venue. All finalists will be given trophies and certificates. Interested students may register by calling 89198-99204 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on all working days.

Register by March 22

The last date for registration is March 22.

Schools and institutions can send the list of participants to ‘ravisankar.m@ thehindu.co.in’.

Southern Travel is the travel partner and PepsiCo India is beverage partner for the competition.
