Kondapalli Sheshagiri Rao is a renowned Indian artist and his paintings adorn many prominent places in different countries. Years ago, he was commissioned by the united Andhra Pradesh Government to create "Telugu Talli". An exhibition of his works was inaugurated at ICCR Art Gallery (Kala Bhavan) in Hyderabad.
