The second edition of National Institute of Rural Development’s Rural Innovators Start-Up Conclave is set to kick off on August 30.

Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu is expected to inaugurate the concalve on August 30.

Institute’s Director General W.R. Reddy described the event as a platform to bring rural innovators, mentors and investors under one roof.

Around 300 people from 23 states are expected to participate.

At the conclave, teams will display innovations or concepts to contest for awards.

The two-day event will also see awardees from the last edition of the event sharing their experiences.
