Recruitment of PETssubject to further orders: HC

Justice M. S. Ramachandra Rao of the Hyderabad High Court said that any recruitment to the posts of Physical Education Teacher (PET) in Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions would be subject to further orders in writ petition.

The judge was dealing with a writ petition filed by Naveen Kumar and another person. They said the society which ran these institutions issued a notification stipulating certain qualifications in violation of norms of the National Council for Teaching Education (NCTE). The judge did not grant stay on recruitment but said any recruitment would be subject to judgment .
