The visit of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi or BJP national president Amit Shah will not make any dent in the popularity of Telangana Chief Minister and TRS president K.Chandrasekhara Rao, said Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav.
In a media interaction, Mr.Srinivasa Yadav was asked how the TRS was gearing up for the visit of two leaders on June1.
“People are quite happy with KCR and achievements of this government right from 24-hour power supply, nine hour power supply to agriculture, more irrigation coverage that gave higher yield. residential schools for the poor, pensions, welfare schemes like Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak. Is there any government that was implementing an election manifesto like TRS government,” he shot back.

He reiterated that government already notified over 55,000 jobs out of promised one lakh jobs and it was committed for the welfare of farmers. On the plight of chilli farmers, he said it was the Centre that should fix the price but the Union Ministers were issuing contradictory statements, he added.
