Pennar industries marks revenue growth

Profit after tax grew by 22.8%

Pennar Industries Ltd., which offers specialised, engineered steel solutions, has registered a 8.6% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue which stood at ₹466.50 crores in the first quarter of the financial year 2018-19. The company’s profit after tax grew by 22.8% to ₹13.1 crores.

The company’s railway products grew by 98% and industrial components grew by 38% compared to the same quarter previous year.

Pennar Industries has strong presence across growth sectors in India through four business units including railways, tubes, industrial components and steel products. Its subsidiary companies are Pennar Engineered Building Systems Limited, Pennar Enviro Ltd and Pennar Global Inc.
