Panel on pay revision to meet employee associations

The high power committee constituted by the Telangana government to look into the recommendations of 10{+t}{+h}Pay Revision Commissioner will hold consultations with employees associations from Friday.

The committee headed by senior IAS officer and Special Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Pradeep Chandra will meet all the service associations included in the list issued by the General Administration Department. The committee will examine the PRC recommendations, demands put forth by the employees’ associations and take the views of Finance Department. The process is expected to go on at least for 10 days. The committee will give its report, but it will be for the government to take a final decision, sources said.
