Nutrition, aroma of mom’s kitchen at your doorstep

Nutritious, home-cooked food tailor-made to fit your needs and delivered at the same time every day. This is the promise of a ‘cloud kitchen’ floated by a clutch of entrepreneurs here.

“We realised that many people don’t have time to cook and they order food from restaurants or small eateries. We did market research and realised that there is a big scope for healthy and balanced diet if it can be delivered at home or office,” says Dr. Suresh Kamireddy, a general practitioner who has launched QuriousEATY, a food chain.

While the other ‘big kitchen’ concepts in the city have been aimed at corporates and the B2B segment, this food chain aims to crack the B2C segment.

While the 10,000-square foot kitchen in Kukatpally to be inaugurated on October 31, the food chain is also planning to open six satellite kitchens.

“We are slotting ourselves in the on-demand order and online subscription-based food delivery segment. Since we are a bunch of doctors, we have ensured that nutrition and health requirements of our customers are taken care of,” said Dr. Kamireddy.
