NTPC director visits Ramagundam

National Thermal Power Corporation Limited Director (Projects) S.C. Pandey inaugurated many package works related to the turbine, boiler, chimney and balance of project activities of the Telangana Super Thermal Power Project in Ramagundam on Saturday.

The NTPC Director also inaugurated TSTPP project office complex and site office complex. He also released the technical booklet and best practice safety booklet along with a CD. Later, he inspected the project site and while interacting with the executives he hoped that the NTPC Ramagundam would achieve a record in the completion of the 2 x 800 MW Telangana power project.

In a separate CSR-CD programme, Samyuktha Mahila samithi senior member Nalini Pandey distributed notebooks to 11,674 students of 116 nearby schools. She asked the students to encash the facilities provided by the NTPC for a better future. The NTPC-Ramagundam Ladies Club office bearers and CSR officials along with teachers were present in large numbers on the occasion.

Later, a cultural programme was organised at Kakatiya Function Hall.
