Nine start-ups selected for India Innovation Hub

Facebook and T-Hub on Wednesday announced that nine start-ups have been selected for the India Innovation Hub. The India Innovation Hub was launched last November to help start-ups by extending support and providing mentorship and to scale up businesses in innovative ways.

The winners are Dimension NXG, GMETRI Studios, Highr Technologies, Innov4Sight Health and Biomedical Systems, Loop Reality, Merxius Software, Parallel XR, Scapic Innovations and VadR.

The three-month accelerator programme will also get access to Facebook’s VR Innovation Lab in T-Hub. T-Hub Chief Executive Officer Jay Krishnan said that there has been a growth in AR and VR and that it has the potential to disrupt many areas. “Our program with Facebook has discovered start-ups leveraging AR and VR technologies in such areas like healthcare, HR and enterprises training, enriching customer experience and enterprise analytics,” he said.

Satyajeet Singh, Head - Strategic Product Partnerships, India & South Asia, said that the company is looking forward to help the nine start-ups to scale up to global markets through their accelerator programme.
