Veteran Congress leader and former APCC president M. Satyanarayana Rao celebrated his 83{+r}{+d}birthday on Wednesday.
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Congress Legislature Party leader K. Jana Reddy and several Congress leaders called on the senior leader to greet him and wish him good health.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Rao said if Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao fulfils the promises he makes, he will become a big leader or end up as one who only makes tall promises.
He blamed the Central leadership for not dealing with the right leaders while taking a decision on the bifurcation of the State.
