More white top roads in Hyderabad

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has called for tenders worth Rs. 18 crore to take up white topping of seven road corridors in various parts of Hyderabad.

The identified road stretches that will now sport a white top include Paradise to PG College, SR Nagar Umesh Chandra statue to Ameerpet Satyam theatre, Khan Latif Khan building to Chermas, SBH Gunfoundary to Sujata School, Banjara Hills Road no 1 to Road no 13, Jubilee Hills 52 junction to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and Dargah Traffic Police Station to OU Colony Kanaka Durga temple.

According to the GHMC officials, the e-tenders to lay white top roads include conducting survey, design, drawing and carriageway works in all the identified road corridors. Efforts are on to identify more such stretches of roads in Hyderabad .
