A day after the allocation of the portfolios, the 10 new Ministers who were sworn in commenced their arrangements for taking charge of their posts.
The General Administration Department had allotted chambers to all the new ministers except Ch. Malla Reddy who has been given the Labour and Employment and Human Resource Development portfolios.
The new ministers have been allotted chambers in the ‘D’ Block of the Secretariat and Education Minister G. Jagdish Reddy will be the first one to take charge on Thursday at 10 a.m.
Agriculture Minister S. Niranjan Reddy too is slated to assume charge before Thursday noon while other newly appointed ministers were said to be looking at auspicious timings to enter their offices.
Home Minister Mohd. Mahmood Ali had already entered into his refurbished office on the third floor in D Block some days ago.
