Man commits suicide

A 32-year-old man ended his life by consuming poison due to alleged harassment by a doctor, the police said on Thursday.

R Mallesh (32) of Champapet worked as a compounder at Vijay Hospital in Meerpet for the last two months. On Wednesday afternoon, the hospital staff found him in semi-conscious state on the premises and shifted him to a private hospital at Santoshnagar. Later, he was shifted to Osmania General Hospital where he died Thursday afternoon.

In a suicide note stated that he was ending his life owing to harassment by Dr. Ashok Kumar and some other persons. ,” Inspector Meerpet, G Biksham Reddy said.
