The C.R.I. Bandhan scheme was launched on September 1, 2016 for mechanics and plumbers who recommended specific C.R.I. products from authorised dealers and retailers to customers. The scheme had performance awards and a lucky draw.

Other prizes included air-conditioners, television sets, iPads, mobile phones, automatic washing machines, refrigerators, cameras, home theatre, microwave ovens, home appliances, bikes and LED torches. Eligibility for the lucky draw was a minimum score of 15,000 points.

As a part of its corporate social responsibility, CRI Pumps had taken out insurance policies with ₹ 1 lakh coverage for over 60,000 mechanics and plumbers who sold a minimum of two pump sets, said the company’s Deputy General Manager-Marketing, L.A. Narayan, at the prize distribution function held here.

The lucky winners of the bumper prizes - a brand new Tata Nano car and a Hero Passion Pro bike were announced and they were handed over today in Hyderabad. In all, over 5,000 mechanics and plumbers participated in the contest.

Mr. Narayan said C.R.I. Pumps had initiated the promotion spanning a vast geography and the products under the scheme included mono block pumps, single and three-phase open well submersible and borewell submersible pumpsets.

Mechanics and plumbers who registered for the contest got a membership card valid from September 1 2016 to March 31 2017. Points were allotted and winners were chosen thereafter on the basis of their performance points.
