JNTUH student bags ₹36-lakh package

The students of JNTUH College of Engineering got placements in companies that belonged to core and dream status through Training and Placement Cell for 2018-19.

A statement from the university said Microsoft Corporation recruited two students—P. Nikhil from CSE branch with a package of ₹36 lakh per annum and V. Sri Sai Poojitha from CSE (IDP) with a package of ₹24 lakh per annum. Mathworks India Pvt. Ltd recruited five B.Tech (CSE) students and two ECE and EEE students with a package of ₹14.50 lakh, while two others were picked up with a package of ₹17 lakh per annum. Several other companies like Zoho and Teradata also recruited students. JNTUH Vice-Chancellor A. Venugopal Reddy, Registrar N. Yadaiah, and JNTUH College of Engineering principal E. Saibaba Reddy congratulated the students on their success.
