An inter-state gang comprising two persons, who were involved in a series of house burglaries in the State capital were arrested by Chikkadpally police here on Friday.
The arrested were identified as Nasrul Ansari (23) and Mohammed Jalil Ansari (19), both residents of Narayanguda. They are native of Jharkhand State. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) P. Viswa Prasad said that they recovered gold, silver articles, a Rolex watch and other items from their possession.
He said that the duo used select the houses after a recce in the day and break open into the targeted houses in the night. They have committed offences in Hyderabad and Cyberabad commissionerates.
