Member of Parliament K. Kavitha has said that TRS chief and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao will never forgive indiscipline in the party, even if it comes from his own children.
“TRS is not overloaded. It is like the mythological ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’ which can accommodate any number of people. Party workers are like wheels to the car. Only when wheels move does the car go forward,” she said at the party booth committee members’ meeting at Armoor on Saturday. where she was the chief guest.
Presiding over the meeting local MLA A. Jeevan Reddy said: “It is Chief Minister KCR who gave impetus to my political career. Congress leaders had come and gone in luxurious cars but there was no development in the State. In the last four years Telangana had gone a long way in development and stood number one in the country,”
The party in-charge of the district Tula Uma said that booth committees were important for the party and the members should go to people explaining various welfare schemes and development programmes launched by TRS Government. Electricity Minister G. Jagadeeswar Reddy said that the TRS is formidable under the visionary leadership of KCR and the State has been making rapid strides.
When people were questioning the Congress on what did it do in the last 70 years, it had no moral right to criticise KCR and his family and the TRS, said the Minister.
