Mayor B. Kartika Reddy directed the municipal corporation officials to implement the plastic ban strictly and also ensure that necessary arrangements are made for the smooth conduct of the Ganesh idols immersion programme by filling up potholes and making light arrangements.
Noticing that there was an information gap between the head office and the zonal, circle offices, she called for proper co-ordination among officials and different wings to deliver better services to citizens.
