The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has spaces for shops and office blocks available on lease basis at Maitrivanam, Swarnajayanthi and Maitrivihar commercial complexes at Ameerpet and Tarnaka. According to a press release issued here, the details are available on the website - www.hmda.gov.in - and the last date for submission of sealed tenders is January 23.
