The HMDA has cancelled e-auction process of the plots from Uppal Bagayat and other layouts scheduled from September 28 to October 1, owing to technical issues.
Even as the auction was in progress on September 29 and 30, participants faced problems, thanks to the server issues of the bank and the e-procurement agency. A few participants complained of not being able to quote their price online.
Also, the HMDA officials faced problems in returning the EMD to accounts of respondents who could not win the plot.
Responding to this, HMDA Commissioner B. Janardhan Reddy issued orders cancelling the notification, a statement from the authority said.
