Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on Thursday expressed concern over the spread of dengue and other viral fevers in the State and pointed out that the cost of treatment was quite high. “I’m worried about the prevalence of dengue and viral fevers in Telangana,” she said while addressing the students of ESIC Medical College here.
Earlier, she administered the Hippocratic oath to the 2019-2020 batch of the ESIC Medical College and presented gold medals and merit certificates to 19 students. She advised them to be considerate towards patients and treat them with care.
Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatreya expressed happiness over female students scoring better than their male counterparts and advised them to be fearless and excel in their career.
