State Congress leaders on Thursday paid glowing tributes to former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his 24{+t}{+h}death anniversary.
Congress leaders led by Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, CLP leader K. Jana Reddy, Leader of Opposition in Council Md. Ali Shabbir, Rajya Sabha member V. Hanumantha Rao and others paid floral tribute to the late leader at Somajiguda.
Later, at Gandhi Bhavan, Congress leaders garlanded his portrait. Mr. Uttam Kumar Reddy said Rajiv Gandhi was an inspiration to the youth of the country.
