Over 55 developers will be showcasing more than 5,000 units CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show - East 2019’ to be held on November 9 and 10 at the Saroornagar Indoor Stadium, Kothapet.
The property show will bring together realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants, and financial institutions especially from the eastern part of the city to exhibit the advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella.
The show will see participation of stakeholders from the different allied industries. “It will have properties suiting every requirement and budget, providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutionsin the eastern part of the city,” said CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) president P. Ramakrishna Rao and general secretary V. Rajashekar Reddy at a press conference here on Friday.
“The city has seen a major spurt in development in the western part but such lop-sided development is not beneficial in the long run. The government is focusing on the east side for overall development like areas of Uppal, LB Nagar, Keesara, Sagar Road, Vijayawada Road, Adibatla etc.,” they said.
The area has metro connectivity from Nagole to Hi-Tec City and proximity to the ORR, hence it is the next best alternative in the city for development. “We foresee a major thrust in development in this region, so this is a good opportunity for buyers to grab a property before the area sees price escalation,” they added.
Present lower rentals and special incentives being announced by the government would act as incentives for attracting fresh investments in office complexes and malls coming up in the eastern part of the city. This, in turn, would increase demand for residential property in the region, explained Mr. Rajashekar Reddy.
