Conclave on CSR begins

A two-day National conclave on Corporate Social Responsibility organized by National Institute of Rural Development and Crux Management Services began on Wednesday at Rajendranagar. Telangana special chief secretary S.K. Joshi, Dept. of Public Enterprise Additional secretary Madukar Gupta, W.R. Reddy, DG, NIRD, and Vikas Singh, president, CMS Pvt. Ltd. were present. The meet is expected to scour for external help that can give rise to the social responsibilities of the corporate houses involved in upliftment of rural poor and also look into ensuring people’s involvement on public spending and partnership with private players for inclusive development, a press release said.
