College of Air Warfare gets new chief

Air Vice-Marshal S.K. Jha assumed command of the College of Air Warfare, Secunderabad.

An alumnus of National Defence Academy, Khadakvasla and Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington, he was commissioned as a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force on June 8, 1984. A fighter combat leader, an instrument rating instructor and examiner, the Air Marshal has served as senior instructor at his alma mater, DSSC, and has held numerous appointments at Directorate of Air Staff Inspection, Air Headquarters and at Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, New Delhi.
