The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has congratulated Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K. Chandrashekar Rao for the party’s “historic victory” for the second consecutive time in the Assembly elections.
“The landmark victory of TRS-led by K Chandrasekhar Rao strongly demonstrates the popular support for his proactive and inclusive governance in the last five years,” CII Telangana State Council Chairman Sanjay Singh said on Wednesday.
Under the leadership of Mr. Rao, the State is poised to retain its lead as an attractive investment destination in the country through proactive policy measures. CII would extend its full support to the new government and looked forward to engaging with its leaders in realising ‘Bangaru Telangana’ vision, he said in a statement.
