Boot camp for women engineers returning to work

Engineering and industrial software solutions firm Aveva is launching a boot camp for women engineers who are currently on a career break and considering resuming work.

The Asha Boot Camp, as it is named, would span four weeks and include a range of training sessions to help the participants sharpen their programming skills through hands-on sessions on object-oriented programming practices.

A release on Tuesday from the company said enrolment selection for the boot camp is based on pre-defined criteria established to maximise the effectiveness and success of the diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiative. Once selected, there will be no cost incurred by the candidate. A maximum of 20 participants are to be selected for the first batch.

Registration opens on July 18 and the last date is August 20. For details: https://discover.aveva.com/hi/asha-aveva-the-bootcamp-for-experienced-women-developers-bootcamp-details.
