All arrangements were put in place for the visit of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to the district headquarters town for laying foundation stone for the construction of new collectorate. He would visit the town at 4 p.m. lay foundation stone and address a public meeting in the evening.
Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao has been supervising the arrangements along with Deputy Speaker M. Padma Devender Reddy for the past two days. He has examined the helipad and the place where the Chief Minister would lay foundation stone for the Collectorate.
Member of Legislative Assembly Madan Reddy, District Collector Dharma Reddy and Superintendent of Police Chandana Deepti were also present.
The integrated collectorate, SP office, camp offices of senior official will come up at Aurangabad area in about 87 acres.
