TSPSC submits report to Governor

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has recruited 4,295 candidates for various pots from July 2015 till date while results are awaited for 1,645 posts. It is awaiting clearance for another 9,342 vacancies to be notified.

In its annual report submitted to Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan, the TSPSC gave a detailed view of its activities over the last one year. The TSPSC team led by the Chairman, Ghanta Chakrapani met the Governor and submitted the report.

From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, the report said, 12 examinations were conducted for 3,425 vacancies wherein 1,86,682 candidates appeared. Of these 1,933 were interviewed and 1174 were selected. Several departmental tests were also conducted.
