A division bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Shameem Akther on Wednesday permitted the Telangana government to construct Adivasi Bhavan, Banjara Bhavan and Babu Jagjivan Ram Bhavan at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills in the city. These will be subject to outcome of the case.

The division bench was vacating the stay orders granted earlier. Ramesh Malani, who filed the writ petition, contended that this is evacuee property and the High Court ordered status quo. Now the bench vacated the stay with condition in the petition filed by the Telangana government.
