Sleuths of the Detective Department arrested four persons for cheating innocent people by promising jobs in e-commerce businesses and taking money from them.
The accused had cheated about 200 people and took about Rs. 3 crore from them. They were using web portals www.qnet.et and www.qnetindia.in for the purpose. The public has been advised not to indulge or invest in them, said Dy. Commissioner Mr. Mohanty.
