: A woman was allegedly raped by her friend several times over in Faridabad, the police said on Saturday.
In her complaint, the woman said that she was raped by the accused a number of times September 2012 onwards, they added.
The woman met the accused in July 2012 when he visited the office where she was working. They became friends, and in September 2012, he visited her house. Soon the accused asked her to marry him. The woman, a divorcee, refused, but the accused kept pressing her .
He then raped her when she was home alone, the police said. — PTI
