Water supply to be hit in South, Central Delhi

Water supply will be affected in parts of South and Central Delhi this week due to maintenance and repair work by the Delhi Jal Board.

Maintenance at the Sonia Vihar water treatment plant will hit supply on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning in Dakshinpuri, Sheikh Sarai Phase-II, Greater Kailash Part-I, East of Kailash, Sant Nagar, Kailash Colony and surrounding areas. Supply will be hit in Central and Old Delhi due to replacement of damaged pipes from Wazirabad Water Works on Thursday evening and Friday morning in Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Daryaganj and adjoining areas.
