Water supply in parts of cityto be affected

Water supply will be affected in several parts of the city on Monday and Tuesday owing to the annual flushing of underground reservoirs and booster pumping stations, said the Delhi Jal Board on Sunday.

Some of the areas include Dwarka WTP, Dwarka Sectors — 13,16,17 and 18, Kakrola and adjoining areas, Mangolpur Kalan, Kirari village, Prem Nagar and adjoining areas,Vijay Nagar, Timarpur, Khyber Pass area, Metcalf House, Majnu Ka Tila, Old Secretariat.

“Residents are advised to store sufficient quantity of water in advance,” said a DJB release.
