The Delhi Police Crime Branch have arrested two more persons in connection with theft of documents from ministries. The arrested persons have been identified as Vipan Kumar and Jatinder Nagpal.
"Vipan is PA to a member of UPSC and Jitender is PS to a Joint Secretary level officer in Ministry of Environment," a police officer said.
