The police said they have deployed officers for security in and around the Tis Hazari courts where rape accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar will be produced on Monday afternoon.
The case pertains to the rape of a minor allegedly by Sengar in Unnao on June 4, 2017.
Shashi Singh had allegedly lured the victim to go to Sengar’s residence.
On August 3, Tis Hazari court had issued production warrant against Sengar and Singh asking them to be present before it on August 5 at 12.30 p.m.
