Geetika Sharma, the former flight attendant with MDLR Airlines who allegedly hanged herself in her Ashok Vihar house on Saturday, has in her purported suicide note accused the company chairman and one of his associates of having “misused her for their own benefits”.

“I am ending myself today because I am shattered inside. My trust has been broken and I am being cheated. Two people response for my death are Aruna Chadha and Gopal Goyal Kanda. Both of them have broken my trust and misused me for their own benefits,” states a note purportedly left behind by young Geetika.

‘Trying to hurt my family’

She alleged that they ruined her life and were now trying to hurt her family members. Accusing the two of having lied to her, she said: “I have forgiven them a number of times, but it was my biggest mistake.”

Geetika then alleged that Mr. Kanda, the Minister of State for Home in the Haryana Government, had earlier also hurt her and her family members.

“These two (persons) should be punished for their wrong deeds and malicious intentions towards me and my family,” says one part of the note purportedly signed by Geetika, dated August 4.

In the second part, which is inexplicably dated May 4, she has accused Mr. Kanda of always taking advantage of others. She alleged that Ms. Chadha, who was earlier her well-wisher, had been working at Mr. Kanda’s behest to save her job.

“My biggest mistake was (that) I trusted them, which is now costing my life. I will never ever forgive them. They are the ones who have separated me today from my mom, dad and bhai. I hate them, these two..,” the note says.

The police have seized the note and would send it to the forensic laboratory to ascertain if it is indeed Geetika’s handwriting.
