Students’ coordination panel to march for youth

In an effort to unite student and youth movements, the Young India National Coordination Committee (YINCC) has plans to organise a rally on February 7 to demand education, jobs and dignity.

Over 50 students’ unions and youth organisations had came together on Thursday to form YINCC. “All forces of students and youth who have fought against the divisive anti-education and anti-youth policies of the Modi government in last five years will flood the streets of Delhi on February 7. They will run a powerful campaign against betrayals by the government,” said YINCC members.

JNUSU president N. Sai Balaji said,“Like farmers, the youth will now call the Modi government’s bluff. We have been denied rightful education and dignified employment. When we raise our voice, they call us anti-national. In the last five years, all of us fought our struggles. We will now march together to challenge the government.”
