SDMC signs MoU with Max Hospital

The South Delhi Municipal Corporation on Friday signed an MoU with Max Hospital to provide diabetes screening and diagnoses at the civic body’s health centers.

Around 32 lakh patients were treated in the health centers of the corporation last year, the civic body said in a statement. The partnership was organised as a large number of these patients were diabetic and the civic body stated that it did not have the capacity to provide speacilised treatment. The hospital will depute four teams comprising doctors, paramedical staff with necessary equipment.
