The Delhi Traffic Police on Sunday issued an advisory to ensure of smooth movement of the kanwariyas, said officials.
According to the advisory, due to the heavy movement of kanwarias on Monday and Tuesday, all motorists are asked to avoid Road No. 13 A and Agra Canal Road. Motorists and the public are advised to use DND for going towards Noida.
