German sportswear major Adidas has designed personalised training gear for Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of the International Yoga Day. It even has his initials printed on one side.

Adidas Group India managing director Dave Thomas sent the personalised gear to Mr. Modi as a token of appreciation.

“In the spirit of what is set to be an iconic day, we created this custom-made gear to showcase our support and appreciation. We are confident that the International Yoga Day will see increasing participation in the years to come and hope that this day multiplies into months, years and eventually a lifestyle for citizens in India and around the world,” Mr. Thomas said in a statement. A spokesperson said, the training gear was delivered to the Prime Minister’s residence on Friday. — IANS
