North body to hold Street Art Festival today

October 21, 2019 01:46 am | Updated 01:47 am IST - New DELHI

A “Street Art Festival” will be organised by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation on Ajmal Khan Road in Karol Bagh on Monday morning.

The initiative is part of an attempt to beautify and raise awareness on the pedestrianised road. The area was blocked for traffic earlier in the year as part of an attempt to redesign parking in the market.

Following pedestrianisation of the road and identification of alternative parking spaces, recently electric golf carts were set up to ply from the parking area to the market.
