The Delhi Police are still clueless about the suspects who shot dead a 21-year-old following an altercation after their car grazed the victim outside a convenience store in east Delhi’s Acharya Niketan on December 9.

The victim, Yogesh Singh Dedha, a resident of Chilla village in east Delhi, had gone to buy snacks at the convenience store on his motorcycle.

DCP (East) Pankaj Singh said teams are working to identify the suspects seen in the CCTV footage.

“We have recovered footage from several CCTV cameras on the route taken by the suspects while fleeing after the shooting. We have zeroed in on several cars because the whole registration number is not seen in the footage,” said Mr. Singh.

However, a police officer close to the investigation said images of the suspects recovered from the CCTV cameras in the convenience store have been shared with the Ghaziabad and Noida Police.
