October 19, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:33 am IST - NEW DELHI:

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unfurled a new flag at the Shanti Path rotary in Chanakyapuri on Sunday.

Dedicating it to the nation, Mr. Kejriwal said similar flags should be installed across Delhi as they remind citizens of their duties. The flag, measuring 30 feet by 20 feet, cost the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) Rs.16 lakh. NDMC chairperson Naresh Kumar said the flag would be lit all night using four LEDs.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated an NDMC public toilet utility on Baba Kharak Singh Marg.
