Minor fire in BSF office

October 07, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:35 am IST - New Delhi:

A minor fire broke out inside a building housing the air wing office of the BSF and other central police organisations in the CGO Complex here. However, no human injuries have been reported.

“The fire emanated from the first floor of the building which houses a part of the air wing of the Border Security Force. Some computers, documents and other peripherals have been doused in the flames that were brought under control in two hours time,” a senior official said. The fire is suspected to have been triggered after some malfunction occurred in the air conditioning system.

Senior officials of the Border Security Force rushed to the spot and an inquiry has been ordered into the incident, they said. —PTI
