Man found dead in Greater Noida

A 35-year-old man was found murdered at his house at Tigri village in Greater Noida during the early hours of Friday. The man was an alcoholic.

The deceased was identified as Mangal Singh (35), a farm worker.

Neighbours informed the police that the victim, who was in an inebriated condition, had an altercation with his brother on Thursday night.

The man died after being hit with a blunt object as there were injury marks on his body. His face was crushed,” said Circle Officer 3, Greater Noida, Piyush Singh.

Police have registered a case of murder.
