Khare’s stolen car recovered, minor detained

The car of Prime Minister’s Media Adviser Harish Khare, which was stolen, was found abandoned on Thursday in north Delhi by police which detained a minor boy in this connection.

A senior police official said the car was found abandoned in Civil Lines area and a minor boy was detained in this connection.

Unidentified burglars had yesterday broken into Mr. Khare’s residence in Civil Lines and decamped with his laptop and mobile, besides driving away his car.

Mr. Khare and his family were sleeping when the incident took place.
